  1. The trade-off was low-quality diversity in exchange for future sustainability. Perez just didn’t know it until now. Trinity is in hot water because some genius thought it was okay to recruit people who can’t hack it in the name of equality. Charge more. Deliver less. Raise less money. In a bull market. In other words, a diverse house of cards.
